How North Florida Metal Workshops works
What this is
North Florida Metal Workshops is an independent matching service, run apart from any builder; we do not construct buildings and are not licensed to contract. A workshop inquiry goes to exactly one partner steel building contractor serving North Florida. That firm follows up with you, works out a price and, if hired, handles construction under the firm's own agreement and license. Should your inquiry become a paid project, the firm may compensate us. Inquiring is free, and you are never bound to go ahead.
How it works

Describe the work you'll do in it
Tell us the trade or hobby, the largest machine or project you expect to bring inside, and the footprint you have in mind. Say whether you want a loft or an office.

Talk it through with a contractor
A North Florida steel building contractor asks about doors, height, power and insulation, then prices the shop and the pieces of the build you'd like them to do.

Sign only if it fits
Weigh their number against other quotes. You are not committed to anything until you sign the contractor's own agreement.
